I thought I should upload a chapter I wrote with Ben Jones for a conference and publication on how allies of the USA view the US. This is from 2011, and what I've uploaded is one of the final drafts I have saved, so it's NOT for citation. Please email me to check if you'd like to reference it. Some of the ides at the start, particularly on the Lib Dem worldview, are quite hazy. I've been working on them since and further publications are to follow.
